To create a set of common data elements for the CEECR Cohort studies and to prepare for collaborative projects both within CEECR and with external researchers, the CEECR CC worked with the cohorts to prioritize elements to include in a CEECR Collaborative Questionnaire. The questionnaire contains 9 key domains identified by the Consortium: where you’ve lived; your environment (drinking water, jobs and hobbies, home environment); your health habits (personal care products, alcohol, smoking, physical activity, diet); your health (body size, health conditions, reproductive history for female participants; medical history for male participants); your family’s health; your wellbeing (stress, global health, sleep); your background; and baseline enrollment characteristics. Questions are prioritized in 3 groups with priority 1 questions being those all CEECR cohorts should ask (i.e. core questions), priority 2 most cohorts should ask (i.e. supplemental, but all cohorts are encouraged to include), and priority 3 where two or more cohorts could ask if they want to collaborate on a particular area.
